B.B. Battery BPL series VRLA batteries are produced in a 12-volt integrated form, with capacities ranging from 3.3 to 210Ah. BPL80-12 is a high-performance model in this series. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe and reliable use. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure fire and explosion safety.
BPL80-12 has several core features: maintenance-free design without the need for water addition, leak-proof property with no free acid, low self-discharge rate ensuring stable performance after long-term storage, can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (inverted use is prohibited), and is equipped with explosion-proof filters and flame arresters to enhance the safety level. It adopts absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology to efficiently achieve gas recombination, further enhancing battery performance and durability.
