BPL7.5-12 is a valve-regulated lead-acid battery in the BPL series of B.B. Battery, providing stable and reliable power support in a 12V integrated form. The BPL series batteries have a wide capacity range, from 3.3Ah to 210Ah, meeting diverse energy storage needs. The BPL7.5-12 battery is equipped with a sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic shell. The battery cover is firmly connected to the shell, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent acid leakage, making it a truly free-acid leak-proof battery. Its terminal design varies by series and model; the standard configuration is T2 type terminals, and users can also choose T1 type as an optional configuration according to their needs.
In terms of internal structure, the positive and negative plates of this battery are coated with a specially formulated paste-like coating, and advanced absorbent glass fiber separator technology is adopted. This technology enables efficient gas recombination, ensuring the battery is maintenance-free throughout its service life without the need for water replenishment. The six holes on the battery cover are used for filling the electrolyte during production, and a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed after completion.
