B.B. Battery BPL series VRLA batteries are produced in a 12V integral form. BPL7-12, as an important model in this series, has a nominal voltage of 12V, a nominal capacity of 7Ah at 20-hour rate, 5.95Ah at 5-hour rate, and 3.5Ah at 30-minute rate, which can meet the power requirements in different scenarios. Its case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, with a sturdy structure. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage. The battery cover is provided with six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety, providing reliable protection for equipment operation. Both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with a paste-like coating to improve electrochemical performance and extend the service life. At the same time, the battery supports two installation methods: horizontal and vertical, with flexible installation, suitable for various equipment layouts. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of BPL series batteries can reach 12 years.
