B.B. Battery BPL series VRLA batteries are produced in 12-volt integrated form, with a capacity range of 3.3 to 210 Ah. The BPL12-12 model has a rated capacity of 12Ah at 20-hour rate, 10.2Ah at 5-hour rate, and 6Ah at 30-minute rate. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure leak-proof performance. The battery cover is provided with six holes for filling electrolyte during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, providing a high level of fire and explosion safety.The positive and negative plates are both coated with paste-like coatings. Combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, it realizes efficient gas recombination, low self-discharge rate, no need for water replenishment, and truly maintenance-free. The battery supports installation in horizontal and vertical positions (prohibited from being used upside down). The expected service life of the BPL series under normal working conditions is up to 12 years (in line with Eurobat standards). The BPL12-12 battery is an ideal power source for low-power uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), fire and safety alarm systems, emergency lighting and monitoring systems, access control systems, and medical equipment.
