BPL150-12 is an important model of B.B. Battery BPL series 12V VRLA batteries, designed for stable and reliable power supply needs. As a member of the BPL series, the battery is produced in a 12V overall form, with capacities ranging from 3.3 to 210Ah. The BPL150-12 has a nominal capacity of 150Ah at a 20-hour rate, 127.5Ah at a 5-hour rate, and 75Ah at a 30-minute rate, meeting the needs of different discharge scenarios, especially recommended for use when the backup time is 30 minutes or longer.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, which is sturdy and durable. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively prevent liquid leakage.The battery cover is equipped with six liquid injection holes. During production, after filling the electrolyte through these holes, a pressure relief valve is installed to ensure high-level fire and explosion safety. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials and is designed with an explosion-proof filter and a flame arrester, further enhancing the safety of use.
In terms of technical performance, the BPL150-12 has maintenance-free characteristics, no need to add water, and a low self-discharge rate to ensure stable performance during long-term storage. Both the positive and negative plates are made of paste-coated materials, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, no free acid, and achieving the effect of leakage prevention.Batteries support horizontal and vertical installation (prohibited from being used upside down), with flexible installation. According to the Eurobat standard, the BPL series batteries have an expected service life of up to 12 years under normal working conditions, with prominent reliability.
