BPS26-12 is a 12V VRLA battery from the B.B. Battery BPS series, designed for stable and reliable power supply, with a nominal capacity of 26Ah (20-hour rate, 1.75V/cell), widely applicable to various key scenarios.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic (flame-retardant ABS optional, UL94 V-0 grade). The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. During the production process, the pressure relief valve is installed after filling the electrolyte through the six holes on the battery cover. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, providing a high level of fire and explosion safety.Both positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process to enhance battery performance and lifespan. The battery supports two installation methods: horizontal and vertical, meeting the requirements of different installation environments.
As a maintenance-free battery, BPS26-12 requires no topping-up and has non-spillable characteristics, avoiding risks from free electrolyte. Its self-discharge rate is low, less than 3% per month, ensuring good performance after long-term storage. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of BPS series batteries exceeds 12 years, complies with Eurobat standards, and has the advantage of an ultra-long service life. It is recommended to be used in scenarios with a backup time of 30 minutes or more.
In terms of technical parameters, the battery has a nominal voltage of 12V. Capacities under different discharge rates are: 26Ah at 20-hour rate, 24.7Ah at 10-hour rate, and 22.1Ah at 5-hour rate. The weight is approximately 9.4kg (20.73 pounds), and the dimensions are length 175±1.5mm (6.89±0.06 inches), width 166±1.5mm (6.54±0.06 inches), and total height 125±1.5mm (4.92±0.06 inches). The terminal standard type is B1 (equipped with M5 bolts and nuts), and types T2 and I1 are optional. The initial torque of terminal hardware for B1 is 2.5Nm±5%, and for I1 is 4.0Nm±5%.
