B.B. Battery BPS20-12 is a high-performance product of the BPS series VRLA batteries, designed in a 12-volt integral form, with a nominal capacity of 20Ah (20-hour rate, cutoff voltage 1.75V/cell), providing stable and durable power support for various devices. The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, and flame-retardant ABS (UL 94-V0) material can be optionally equipped. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure use safety. During the production process, electrolyte is filled through six holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure the safety of fire and explosion during the use of the battery.Both positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process, combined with Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) gas recombination technology, to achieve efficient gas compounding, no water maintenance required, truly maintenance-free (no water topping-up required), and at the same time non-spillable battery, more worry-free to use. BPS20-12 has excellent use flexibility, can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (except inverted), meeting the installation needs of different scenarios. Its self-discharge rate is low, with capacity loss less than 3% per month, ensuring good performance after long-term storageUnder normal working conditions, BPS series batteries are expected to have a service life of more than 12 years, comply with Eurobat standards, have extremely long service life and stable capacity output (capacity ranges cover various rates such as C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100, etc., specifically depending on the series). In terms of technical parameters, the battery has a nominal voltage of 12V, a weight of about 6350g (14.0lbs.), the standard terminal type is B1 (compatible with M5 bolt nuts), and optional T2 and I1 terminals. The initial torque of terminal hardware for B1 is 2.5Nm±5%, and for I1 is 4.0Nm±5%. The external dimensions are length 181±1.5mm (7.13±0.06 inches), width 76±1.5mm (2.99±0.06 inches), and total height 166±1.5mm (6.54±0.06 inches). The internal resistance of the battery (when fully charged) is 11mΩ, the maximum discharge current is 300A (5 seconds), the maximum charging current is 6.0A, the working temperature range: charging 0oC~40oC (32oF~104oF), discharging -20oC~50oC (-4oF~122oF), storage -20oC~40oC (-4oF~104oF), suitable for various environmental conditions.
