The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure stability and safety during use. The terminal design varies according to the battery series and type. BPS200-12 is equipped with a standard type B9 terminal (position 13) and optional type I3 terminal to meet different installation requirements.
The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. The positive and negative plates are both coated with a paste coating, and combined with the absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, it realizes efficient gas recombination, and improves the battery performance and service life.
