B.B. Battery BPS series VRLA batteries are produced in 12V monoblock form, with a capacity range from 5 to 230Ah. BPS12-12 is a high-performance model in this series. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover is provided with six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed; the pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety.Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a pasty coating. Combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, it realizes efficient gas recombination and improves battery performance and stability. This battery supports horizontal and vertical installation, meeting the needs of diverse usage scenarios.
The BPS12-12 battery features maintenance-free operation, no need for water addition, and is easy to use; the free acid-free design makes it a leak-proof battery with higher reliability; the self-discharge rate is low, with a capacity loss of less than 3% per month, and it can maintain good performance after long-term storage; it can be used in any direction except inverted, with strong installation flexibility.Under normal working conditions, the BPS series batteries are expected to have a service life of more than 12 years. According to the Eurobat standard, they belong to the long-life battery type and are suitable for application scenarios with backup times of 30 minutes or longer.
