B.B. Battery BPS100-12 is an important model of the BPS series VRLA (valve-regulated lead-acid) batteries. It is designed in a 12V integrated form with a nominal capacity of 100Ah (20-hour rate, cutoff voltage 1.75V/cell), providing reliable power support for various key equipment.
The product adopts an opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic case (standard UL94 HB, flame-retardant materials optional). The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure safe use. The case is equipped with six filling holes. During production, after filling the electrolyte through them, a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure fire and explosion safety.Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste-like coating, and combined with Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, it achieves efficient gas recombination, significantly improving the battery's performance and stability.
The core advantages are prominent: maintenance-free design without water supplementation, no free acid feature ensures the battery does not leak, and it can be used safely; low self-discharge rate with capacity loss less than 3% per month, excellent storage performance; supports installation in any direction such as horizontal and vertical (except upside down), flexible installation; equipped with a flame retarder and handle, considering both safety and convenient installation. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of BPS series batteries exceeds 12 years, conforms to the Eurobat long-life standard, and is especially recommended for scenarios with backup time of 30 minutes or more.
