The series offers multiple overall voltage specifications of 4V, 6V, and 12V, with capacities ranging from 1.0Ah to 230Ah. The battery case is made of sturdy, durable, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic; the battery cover and case are firmly joined through a reliable process, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage and intrusion of external impurities. The terminal design varies according to the specific series and model to suit different connection needs. During production, electrolyte is injected through six dedicated filling holes on the battery cover, after which each filling hole is fitted with a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material, which can precisely control internal pressure and enhance fire and explosion safety. The positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with high-performance paste active material, optimizing electrochemical reaction efficiency. The BP8-12 supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, and under normal operating and maintenance conditions, the series battery design life can reach 8 to 10 years. Its nominal capacity values depend on different discharge rates: 8Ah at the 20-hour rate, 7.6Ah at the 10-hour rate, and 6.8Ah at the 5-hour rate. The battery is a Maintenance Free product requiring no electrolyte addition throughout its service life, with no free electrolyte inside, and a self-discharge rate of less than 3% of rated capacity per month.
