The battery uses an impact-resistant ABS housing, the battery cover is tightly connected to the housing, and the terminal area is specially sealed to help prevent electrolyte leakage and ingress of external contaminants. The BP180-6 uses B9 standard terminals and can be optionally equipped with I3 terminals, providing users with flexible connection options. The pressure relief valves on the battery cover are made of non-combustible material and integrate flame suppression to help enhance safety during use. The positive and negative plates use a paste-coated design, which, together with the Maintenance Free structure, requires no electrolyte replenishment throughout the service life and has no free electrolyte present.
The BP180-6 weighs 28.8kg and is equipped with handles for easy handling and installation, supporting horizontal and vertical installation.
