BP33-12 Finger Type is a high-performance VRLA battery in the B.B. Battery BP series, specifically designed for stable and reliable backup power requirements. As an important member of the BP series, this series of batteries is produced in 4V, 6V, and 12V overall forms, with capacities ranging from 1.0 to 230Ah, meeting power requirements in different scenarios.
The BP33-12 Finger Type battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed, effectively ensuring use safety.The battery cover is equipped with six liquid injection holes. After filling the electrolyte through these holes during the production process, a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, ensuring high-level fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates use a paste coating process to improve battery performance and stability.
This battery has several prominent features: maintenance-free design, no need to supplement electrolyte, reducing subsequent maintenance costs; leak-proof structure, no free electrolyte, more secure to use; low self-discharge characteristic, with a monthly self-discharge rate of less than 3%, ensuring good performance after long-term storage;Supports two installation methods: vertical and horizontal, to meet the needs of different installation spaces. According to the Eurobat standard, BP series batteries have an expected service life of up to 8-10 years, perform stably and reliably under normal working conditions, and are recommended for use when the backup time is 30 minutes or longer.
