B.B. Battery BP series VRLA batteries meet power demands in multiple scenarios with reliable performance. As an important model in the series, BP7-12 has become an ideal choice in the backup power supply field with excellent characteristics. This series of batteries offers various voltage specifications of 4V, 6V, and 12V, with capacities ranging from 1.0 to 230Ah, adapting to different power demand scenarios.
BP7-12 adopts an opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic case, which is sturdy and durable. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage.After filling the electrolyte through the six holes on the battery cover during the production process, a special pressure relief valve is installed. The valve is made of non-combustible materials, ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates use a paste coating process to improve charge and discharge efficiency and cycle life. Under normal working conditions, BP series batteries are expected to have a service life of 8-10 years, meeting Eurobat standards and being durable.
As a representative model of the 12V specification, BP7-12 has a nominal voltage of 12V, a 20-hour rate capacity of 7.00Ah (cut-off voltage 1.75V/cell), a 10-hour rate capacity of 6.65Ah, a 5-hour rate capacity of 5.95Ah, meeting different discharge duration requirements. The battery weighs approximately 2.54kg (5.60lbs), compact size: length 151±1.5mm (5.94±0.06 inches), width 65±1.5mm (2.56±0.06 inches), container height 93±1.5mm (3.66±0.06 inches), total height 98±2.0mm (3.86±0.08 inches), standard terminal type is T2 (Faston Tab 250), T1 terminal is optional, suitable for various equipment connection needs.
