BP4.5-6 is a classic model of B.B. Battery BP series VRLA batteries, belonging to the series’ 4V/6V/12V integrated product line, with a capacity range of 1.0 to 230Ah, specially designed for stable and reliable backup power scenarios.
The battery case is exquisitely made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure safety and durability during use. The battery cover is equipped with six liquid injection holes. During production, after filling the electrolyte through these holes, a special pressure relief valve is installed.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure the safety of fire and explosion during battery use, providing multiple protections for equipment operation. Both positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process to improve the battery's charge and discharge performance and cycle life.
As a member of the BP series, the BP4.5-6 battery is expected to have a service life of 8-10 years under normal working conditions (in line with the Eurobat long-life standard), supports two installation methods: vertical and horizontal, adapting to diverse equipment installation needs. Its core features include: maintenance-free design, no need to add water; leak-proof structure, no free electrolyte;Low self-discharge characteristics, with a monthly self-discharge rate of less than 3%, ensuring good performance after long-term storage.
