This battery uses an impact-resistant ABS plastic case, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent leakage. Terminal designs vary by battery series and type; a T1 standard Terminal Type is provided, located on top of the battery, and T2 is also supported as an optional Terminal Type.
During production, electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes in the battery cover, after which a pressure relief valve made of non-flammable material is installed. This design ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety and also achieves the battery's Maintenance Free characteristic, so users do not need to regularly add electrolyte. Inside the battery, both the positive and negative plates are coated with a special paste coating, which helps improve battery performance and stability.
