The BP4-12 belongs to the BP series and is a B.B. Battery valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery manufactured in a 12-volt monobloc form. Its Nominal Capacity at different discharge rates is 4Ah (20-hour rate), 3.8Ah (10-hour rate), and 3.4Ah (5-hour rate), respectively. The housing is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly connected to the housing, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage, achieving Maintenance Free and leakage-proof characteristics. The terminal design is the standard T1 type, with optional T2 terminals available to meet different installation requirements.
The battery cover has six filling holes through which electrolyte is filled during production, after which pressure relief valves made of non-combustible material are installed, ensuring fire and explosion safety and allowing the battery to be safely installed in horizontal or vertical positions. Both the positive and negative plates are coated with paste, and combined with sealing technology, the battery's self-discharge rate is extremely low, at less than 3% per month. The BP4-12 weighs approximately 1.67 kilograms, is equipped with carrying handles for easy installation, and has a flame suppressor integrated into each cell.
