B.B. Battery BP3-12BP series VRLA batteries are produced in integral forms of 4V, 6V, and 12V, with a capacity range from 1.0 to 230Ah, providing stable and reliable power support for various scenarios. The battery case of this series is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed, effectively ensuring use safety. The battery cover is provided with six holes for electrolytic filling during the production process, and then a pressure relief valve is installed; the pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates are designed with a paste coating to improve battery performance and stability.
The BP3-12BP series batteries have many excellent characteristics: maintenance-free design, no need to add electrolyte; leak-proof structure, no risk of free electrolyte overflow; low self-discharge rate, with self-discharge less than 3% per month; support two installation methods, horizontal and vertical, flexibly adapting to different installation environments. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of BP series batteries can reach 8-10 years, conforming to Eurobat standards, and having the advantage of long-lasting durability.
