BP13-6S belongs to the BP series of VRLA batteries, which offers 4V, 6V, and 12V voltage options in a compact monobloc form, with a capacity range from 1.0Ah to 230Ah. The battery case is made of sturdy, durable, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic; the battery cover is tightly joined to the case, and the terminal area is fully sealed, ensuring structural integrity. Terminal designs are customized according to battery series and type to meet different connection requirements. The six holes on the battery cover are used for electrolyte filling during production, after which pressure relief valves made of non-combustible material are installed, effectively preventing internal pressure buildup and providing fire and explosion safety protection.
The positive and negative plates of the battery both use a paste coating process, ensuring stable electrochemical performance. The design supports installation in horizontal or vertical positions, providing installation convenience for users. Under normal operating conditions, BP series batteries have an expected service life of up to 8 to 10 years, meeting the Eurobat standard for long-life batteries.
