B.B. Battery BC35-12H BC Series VRLA Battery is a high-performance energy storage product and an important part of the BC series. This series of batteries is produced in 6V/12V integral form, with a capacity range from 4.5 to 230Ah, meeting the power needs of different scenarios.
The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, which is sturdy and durable, effectively protecting the internal structure. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case to ensure overall sealing, and the terminal area is also sealed to enhance use safety. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can significantly improve fire and explosion safety and provide reliable protection for battery use.
Both the positive and negative plates of the battery adopt the paste coating process, which improves the charge-discharge efficiency and cycle performance. The installation method is flexible, supporting horizontal and vertical placement (inversion is prohibited), and adapting to diversified installation environments. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of BC series batteries can reach 5-7 years, with stable and durable performance.
