BC65-12 is a product of B.B. Battery BC Series valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries, with an overall voltage of 12V and a nominal capacity of 65Ah. This battery uses an opaque and impact-resistant ABS plastic case, ensuring excellent physical protection performance. The battery cover and case are integrated through a firm connection, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage. Its terminal design varies according to the series and model, providing users with a stable and reliable electrical connection.
During the production process, the electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed.This key design not only ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety but also achieves complete maintenance-free operation for the battery; users do not need to regularly add electrolyte or distilled water like with traditional batteries. At the same time, the battery internally adopts absorbent glass fiber separator technology, which can efficiently achieve gas recombination with no free acid inside, making it a truly leak-proof battery. It can be safely installed in horizontal or vertical directions, providing great flexibility for equipment layout. Of course, the battery should never be installed upside down under any circumstances.
