BC75-12 is a 12 V valve-regulated lead-acid battery in the BC series, with a Nominal Capacity of 75 Ah (based on the 20-hour rate). The battery uses a sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic case, and the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, ensuring structural integrity and durability; the terminal area is professionally sealed to effectively prevent leakage, and the terminal design depends on the series and type, providing reliable electrical connection points.
During production, electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes in the battery cover, after which pressure relief valves made of non-flammable material are installed. This design achieves Maintenance Free operation with no need for users to add water, and ensures no free acid inside through efficient gas recombination technology, eliminating the risk of leakage; the pressure relief valves provide fire and explosion safety protection while maintaining internal pressure balance.
Inside the battery, both the positive and negative plates are coated with a specially formulated paste coating, combined with absorbent glass mat technology to improve charging efficiency and gas recombination capability, thereby extending the overall battery life. BC75-12 weighs approximately 20.2 kg and supports horizontal and vertical installation, but inverted use is prohibited at all times.
The BC series covers a capacity range from 4.5 Ah to 230 Ah, and specific capacity values can be referenced to different discharge rate standards such as C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, and C100. BC75-12 is suitable for applications requiring 30 minutes or more of backup time, and is widely used in low-power uninterruptible power supply systems, fire and security alarm systems, emergency lighting and surveillance systems, access control, and various precision medical equipment, and can also serve as an auxiliary or main power source for electric vehicles.
