BC10-12BC Series B.B. Battery VRLA batteries are produced in 6V/12V integrated form, with a capacity range of 4.5 to 230 Ah, and are a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery with stable performance and wide applications.
The battery case of this series is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, with good durability and protection performance. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively ensure safe use. The terminal design varies according to the series and type of the battery to meet diverse connection needs. The battery cover has six holes for filling electrolyte during production, and a pressure relief valve will be installed at the filling port later.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety and provide reliable protection for equipment operation.
The positive and negative plates of the battery both adopt the paste coating process, which improves the electrochemical performance and cycle life of the battery.
