BC100-12 is a reliable 12V Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid Battery from the BC Series. This battery has a nominal capacity of 100Ah, with a 20-hour rate discharge standard. Its compact design facilitates installation in various devices. The battery case is made of sturdy impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring excellent physical protection. The battery cover is firmly bonded to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage, making it a truly maintenance-free and free-acid leak-proof battery. Terminal designs vary by series and type; BC100-12 provides standard B3 terminals, and I2 terminals can be selected to meet different connection needs.
During the production process, the electrolyte is injected through six filling holes on the battery cover, followed by the installation of a dedicated pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. These pressure relief valves form a critical flame arrester, ensuring high-level fire and explosion safety, allowing users to use it with peace of mind in various application scenarios. Both the positive and negative plates of the battery are coated with specially formulated paste-like active materials, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology, enabling efficient gas recombination reactions and significantly extending the battery's service life.
