It adopts gel electrolyte technology - sulfuric acid is mixed with silica fume to form a gel - like fixed mass, fundamentally solving the problems of electrolyte evaporation, overflow and subsequent corrosion of traditional wet batteries. Its unique structural design where calcium replaces antimony in the lead plate effectively reduces gas generation while retaining mechanical properties, and is equipped with a valve adjustment system to safely discharge gas, ensuring safe use.This battery is in a 12 - volt integrated form, with a rated capacity of 110Ah/C100, and the capacity range covers 7 to 225Ah (specifically depending on the series' C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100 hour rates). It supports two installation methods: horizontal and vertical, flexibly adapting to different scene requirements. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life is as long as 12 years, and the number of cycles is as high as 2500 times, conforming to the Eurobat standard, with the advantage of an ultra - long service life.
