Zelus GBS Series GBS12/130B.B. battery is a VRLA (Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid) battery with a gel electrolyte. The electrolyte is made into a gel-like fixed form by mixing sulfuric acid and silicon powder, effectively eliminating common problems such as electrolyte evaporation, overflow, and corrosion in traditional wet batteries. It also has stronger resistance to extreme temperatures, impact, and vibration. The battery replaces antimony in lead plates with calcium, reducing gas generation while maintaining mechanical properties. The valve adjustment system can safely expel gas to ensure safe use.This battery has several core advantages: developed with solid lead coating technology and gel electrolyte, designed as a deep cycle lead-acid battery to ensure maximum capacity and discharge cycles; expected service life is up to 12 years under normal working conditions, with up to 2500 cycles (excellent performance according to Eurobat standards); nominal capacity is 130Ah/C100, voltage is 12V, and capacity ranges from 7-225Ah (specifically depends on different hour rates such as C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100, etc.). In addition, the battery is completely filled with gel inside, which is beneficial for heat conduction to the outer casing, ensuring long-lasting performance in high-temperature environments.Electrolyte gelation effectively prevents acid stratification.
