GBC12/180B.B. battery is a high-performance VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid) gel battery in the Zelus GBC series. It adopts gel electrolyte technology, forming a fixed gel-like substance by mixing sulfuric acid and silica fume, which fundamentally solves the common problems of electrolyte evaporation, overflow and subsequent corrosion in traditional wet batteries. Its valve regulation system can effectively discharge gas, and the antimony in the lead plate is replaced by calcium, which not only retains good mechanical properties but also greatly reduces gas generation and improves use safety.
As a deep cycle lead-acid battery, GBC12/180B.B.is specially designed to provide maximum capacity and discharge cycles. The nominal voltage is 12V, and the 5-hour rate nominal capacity reaches 180Ah. The capacity range covers 5.75 to 180Ah (specifically depending on the series, including various rates such as С2, С5, С8, С10, С20, С100, etc.). This battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods to meet different scene requirements. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life is as long as 12 years, and the number of cycles is as high as 2500 times, which complies with the Eurobat standard and has the advantage of an extremely long service life.
