GBC12/100B.B. battery is a high-performance VRLA (Valve - Regulated Lead - Acid) gel battery in the Zelus GBC series. It adopts gel electrolyte technology, mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume to form a fixed gel - like substance, fundamentally solving the problems of electrolyte evaporation, overflow and subsequent corrosion of traditional wet batteries. The lead plates inside the battery use an alloy structure with calcium replacing antimony, reducing gas generation while retaining mechanical properties. Combined with a precise valve adjustment system, it can safely discharge gas, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
As a deep - cycle lead - acid battery, GBC12/100B.B.Adopting solid lead coating technology and gel electrolyte design, it is intended to provide maximum capacity and excellent discharge cycle performance. It has strong high - temperature stability, high mechanical strength, low acid displacement and excellent deep discharge performance. Paired with a patented safety valve for precise pressure control, it effectively extends the battery life. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of this battery can reach 12 years, with a cycle number of up to 2500 times, conforming to the Eurobat standard and having the advantage of an extremely long service life.
