Zelus GBC Series GBC12/105B.B. battery is a VRLA battery using a gelled electrolyte. The electrolyte is a mixture of sulfuric acid and silica fume, gel-like and immobile, effectively eliminating common problems such as electrolyte evaporation, overflow and subsequent corrosion in wet batteries. Antimony in the lead plate inside the battery is replaced by calcium, which not only retains good mechanical properties but also reduces gas generation, and the valve regulation system can safely discharge gas. The battery supports two installation methods: horizontal and vertical, with flexible application scenarios.
As a deep cycle lead-acid battery, GBC12/105B.B.Developed with solid lead coating technology and colloidal electrolyte, it is designed to provide maximum capacity and discharge cycle ability. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life can reach 12 years, and the number of cycles can be as high as 2500 times. The performance meets the Eurobat standard, ensuring long-term stable operation. The product has excellent high-temperature stability, high mechanical strength and low acid displacement characteristics, and has excellent deep discharge performance.
