Zelus GBC12/63B.B. battery is a high-performance VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid) gel battery in the GBC series. It adopts advanced gel electrolyte technology—sulfuric acid is mixed with silicon dioxide to form a fixed gel-like substance, fundamentally eliminating the common problems of electrolyte evaporation and overflow in traditional wet batteries, as well as the corrosion hidden dangers caused by them. At the same time, antimony in the battery lead plates is replaced by calcium, which significantly reduces gas generation while maintaining good mechanical properties. Combined with the valve regulation system, it can safely discharge gas, making it more reliable to use.
As a 12-volt integrated battery, GBC12/63B.B. has a nominal capacity of 63Ah at a 5-hour rate, which is a practical model in the GBC series with a capacity range of 5.75 to 180Ah. The battery supports two installation methods: horizontal and vertical, with flexible installation and suitable for various scenarios. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life is as long as 12 years, and the number of cycles is as high as 2500 times. According to the Eurobat standard, it has an ultra-long service life, meeting the long-term stable power supply requirements.
