HRL40-12 is a 12V VRLA battery from the B.B. Battery HRL series, specially designed for medium and low power applications. This battery is produced in a 12V integral form. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover has six holes for electrolyte filling during the production process. Then, a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, effectively ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety.Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste-like coating to enhance battery performance and stability. The battery can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (except inverted), with flexible installation.
HRL40-12 features maintenance-free, no need to add water, and no free acid, belonging to a leak-proof battery, which is more worry-free to use. It adopts Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination. The power density at a discharge rate of 5-15 minutes is 30% higher than that of the BP series. It is specially designed for high-rate discharge, can provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, and is very suitable for application scenarios with a maximum backup time of 60 minutes in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of this battery can reach 12 years, with stable and reliable performance.
