HRL215-12 is a model of B.B. Battery HRL series VRLA batteries, produced in a 12-volt integral form, specifically providing reliable power support for medium and low power scenarios. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover has six holes, through which the electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed in the filling port; the pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure high-level fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating to enhance battery performance and stability.
This battery features maintenance-free, no need to add water, and no free acid. It is a leak-proof battery and can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (except inverted), with flexible installation. It adopts absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination. At the same time, it is specially designed for high-rate discharge. The power density under a discharge rate of 5-15 minutes is 30% higher than that of the BP series. It can provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode and is very suitable for application scenarios where the backup time in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is up to 60 minutes.
In terms of performance and lifespan, the discharge power of HRL215-12 battery (15 minutes to 1.3 V/cell) is 132 to 5205 W, the 10-hour capacity is 205AH, and the expected service life under normal working conditions is up to 12 years, which meets the Eurobat standard for long lifespan.
