HRL series B.B. Battery VRLA batteries are produced in a 12V integrated form. As one of the series, HRL5.8-12 has excellent performance and reliability. Its case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover has six holes for filling electrolyte during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The valve is made of non-combustible materials, ensuring high-level fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates are coated with paste coatings to enhance battery performance and stability.
HRL5.8-12 battery has maintenance-free characteristics, no need to add water, and no free acid. It is a leak-proof battery and can be installed in multiple directions (except upside down), which is flexible and convenient to use. The battery is specially designed for high-rate discharge. It uses absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination. The power density at a discharge rate of 5-15 minutes is 30% higher than that of the BP series. It can provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, and is very suitable for applications in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). It is recommended to be used when the backup time is up to 60 minutes. The discharge power from 15 minutes to 1.3V per cell meets the series standards.
In terms of service life and capacity, the HRL series batteries are expected to have a service life of 12 years under normal working conditions. The 10 - hour capacity of HRL5.8 - 12 is 5.3Ah.
