HRL9-12 belongs to the B.B. Battery HRL series, which is positioned as high power and long life. The battery is a 12V monobloc Maintenance Free valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery. Its case is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly joined to the case, and the terminal area is specially sealed to prevent electrolyte leakage and ingress of external contaminants. The battery cover is equipped with pressure relief valves made of non-flammable material that open automatically to release gas when internal pressure rises abnormally, enhancing fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates use a paste coating process, which helps improve the utilization of electrode active material and discharge performance. For installation, HRL9-12 supports both horizontal and vertical orientation (inverted use is prohibited), facilitating space layout and integration inside equipment. The battery uses Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient recombination of internal oxygen and hydrogen, making it truly Maintenance Free: users do not need to and must not add water. At the same time, there is no free acid inside, fundamentally eliminating the risk of leakage. This model is designed for high-rate discharge; at a 5 to 15 minute high-rate discharge, its power density is about 30% higher than that of traditional BP series batteries, making it suitable for backup power scenarios requiring short-term burst power output.
