B.B. Battery HRL series VRLA batteries are centered on high performance and reliability. As an important model in the series, HRL50-12 provides stable power support for medium and low power scenarios. This battery is designed in a 12-volt overall form, using an opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic case. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. During the production process, electrolyte is filled through six holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, effectively ensuring fire and explosion safety.Both the positive and negative plates are coated with paste coatings to improve electrochemical performance, supporting horizontal and vertical multi-directional installation (except inverted), and adapting to diverse scene requirements.
HRL50-12 has maintenance-free features, no need to add water, and the free acid-free design makes it a leak-proof battery, more worry-free to use. The product is specially designed for high-rate discharge, using absorbent glass mat separator technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, with a power density 30% higher than the BP series at a 5-15 minutes discharge rate, can provide high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, especially suitable for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) applications, and it is recommended to be used in scenarios with a backup time of up to 60 minutes.
