B.B. Battery FTB series (front-terminal battery) VRLA batteries are specially made for critical applications. Among them, FTB155-12(gassing) is produced in the form of 12V cells, with capacities ranging from 100 to 180Ah, especially suitable for scenarios with high requirements for reliability and long service life. This battery series was originally developed for telecommunication applications, with excellent float life and high capacity characteristics, and is expected to have a service life of up to 15 years under normal working conditions, meeting the long service life requirements certified by the Eurobat standard.
FTB155-12(gassing) adopts a high-quality structural design, the case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure safe use.The battery cover is equipped with six filling holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. At the same time, the design of the one-way self-sealing safety valve further ensures the long service life of the battery. Both the positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process, combined with the absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, to achieve efficient gas recombination and improve the performance and stability of the battery. In addition, the battery is equipped with a rib design to maintain structural integrity, and the carrying handle is convenient for installation operations, supporting both horizontal and vertical installation methods, flexibly adapting to different scene requirements.
As a front-end designed battery, the terminals of FTB155-12 (gassing) are on the front, which can be easily installed in standard 19-inch or 23-inch cabinets and racks, greatly simplifying the arrangement of battery packs and subsequent maintenance processes. Its nominal voltage is 12V, and the capacity performance under different discharge rates is excellent: the capacity at 10-hour rate is 159Ah, at 8-hour rate is 155Ah, at 1-hour rate is 102.1Ah, which can meet the continuous power supply needs of medium and low power.
