Battery FTB155-12 front-terminal battery (VRLA battery) is produced in 12V integrated form, with capacity ranging from 100 to 180Ah, specially developed for telecommunication applications, with extremely long float life and high capacity characteristics, and is a reliable power source choice for various key equipment.
The battery case of this series is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safety in use. The battery cover is equipped with six electrolyte filling holes. After filling electrolyte through these holes during production, a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure high-level fire and explosion safety.Both positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process to improve battery performance and stability. The battery supports two installation methods: horizontal and vertical, flexibly adapting to different scene requirements. The expected service life can reach 15 years under normal working conditions, meeting the long-life requirements of the Eurobat standard.
The core advantage of the FTB series lies in its front-end design. The terminals are located on the front of the battery, which can be easily installed in 19-inch or 23-inch cabinets and racks, greatly simplifying the arrangement of the battery pack and subsequent maintenance operations. At the same time, the product adopts the Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination; the front accessible terminals are convenient for quick assembly;Equipped with carrying handles for easy installation and handling; the rib design enhances structural integrity; the built-in flame suppressor and one-way self-sealing safety valve further enhance use safety and life protection, supporting 48VDC configuration in standard 19-inch racks.
