FTB100-12 (gassing) is a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery of the B.B. Battery FTB (front terminal battery) series, produced in 12-volt cells, specifically designed for scenarios with high requirements for power supply reliability and lifespan. The series covers a capacity range from 100 to 180Ah, with long floating life and high capacity characteristics, making it an ideal power source for fields such as telecommunications, UPS, and the power industry.
The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively ensure the stability of the internal structure. The battery cover is equipped with six electrolyte filling holes, through which liquid injection is completed during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials to ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. At the same time, the positive and negative plates both use a pasted coating process to improve battery performance. The battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, with flexible use, and the expected service life under normal working conditions can reach 15 years, meeting the long-life requirements of the Eurobat standard.
As a front-end designed battery, its terminals are located on the front, which can be easily installed in 19-inch or 23-inch cabinets and racks, greatly simplifying the arrangement and subsequent maintenance of the battery pack.The product integrates multiple innovative technologies: it adopts absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, is equipped with a one-way self-sealing safety valve to extend service life; the handle design is convenient for handling and installation, the rib structure ensures the integrity of the overall structure, the flame suppressor further improves safety in use, and supports 48VDC standard 19-inch rack configuration to meet the needs of professional equipment.
