This series of batteries are produced in 4V, 6V, and 12V as a whole, with a capacity range from 1.0 to 230Ah, and are widely applicable to various scenarios. The voltage of BP1.2-12 model battery is 12V, with excellent performance and reliability.
In terms of technical parameters, the nominal capacity of BP1.2-12 varies according to the discharge rate: 1.2Ah at 20-hour rate, 1.14Ah at 10-hour rate, and 1.02Ah at 5-hour rate. The battery is light in weight, only 0.59 kg (1.3 lbs), compact in size, 97 mm (3.82 inches) long, 45 mm (1.77 inches) wide, 50 mm (1.97 inches) with a total height of 56 mm (2.21 inches), using T1 standard terminals, with terminal position 4, easy and flexible to install.
The product features are remarkable: maintenance-free design, no need to supplement electrolyte, reducing maintenance cost and trouble in use; leak-proof structure, no free electrolyte, safer and more reliable to use; low self-discharge characteristic, with a monthly self-discharge rate of less than 3%, ensuring good performance after long-term storage; supports two installation methods: vertical and horizontal, meeting the needs of different installation environments.The casing is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, which is sturdy and durable. The battery cover is firmly connected to the casing, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. There are six holes on the battery cover for filling electrolyte during the production process, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure high-level fire and explosion safety. The positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating, which improves the battery performance and service life.
