Zelus GB series GB12/100B.B. battery is a VRLA (valve-regulated sealed lead-acid) battery using gelled electrolyte. It forms a gel-like fixed electrolyte by mixing sulfuric acid and silica fume, fundamentally solving common problems such as electrolyte evaporation, overflow and subsequent corrosion of traditional wet batteries. Antimony in the lead plate is replaced by calcium, reducing gas release while maintaining mechanical properties. Combined with a precise valve regulation system, it can safely discharge gas and is more reliable to use.The battery has excellent environmental adaptability, effectively resisting extreme temperatures, impacts, and vibrations. It is suitable for various installation methods and can be placed horizontally or vertically. As a deep-cycle lead-acid battery, it is developed with solid lead coating technology and gel electrolyte, aiming to provide maximum capacity and stable discharge cycle performance. Under normal operating conditions, the expected service life is up to 12 years or can complete up to 2500 cycles.
