Zelus GB Series GB12/160B.B. battery is a VRLA battery using gelified electrolyte. The electrolyte is a fixed gel-like substance formed by mixing sulfuric acid with silica fume, effectively eliminating common problems such as electrolyte evaporation, overflow, and subsequent corrosion in wet batteries. Antimony in the battery lead plates is replaced with calcium, which reduces gas release while maintaining mechanical properties, and cooperates with a valve regulation system to safely discharge gas, supporting horizontal and vertical installation.
The product is developed with solid lead coating technology and gel electrolyte. The deep cycle lead-acid battery design ensures maximum capacity and discharge cycle ability.Under normal working conditions, the expected service life is more than 12 years, and the number of cycles is as high as 2500 times. The capacity covers 6.5 - 210Ah (specifically depending on C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100 standards. This model is 12V 160Ah/C20, 152Ah/C10). It has enhanced durability and heavy-duty deep cycle capability, strong high-temperature stability, high mechanical strength and low acid displacement, excellent deep discharge performance, and the patented safety valve precisely controls the pressure to extend battery life.
