GB12/80B.B. battery is a VRLA gel battery in the Zelus GB series. It adopts gel electrolyte technology, and forms a fixed gel-like substance by mixing sulfuric acid and silica fume, effectively eliminating the common problems of electrolyte evaporation and overflow in traditional wet batteries, and reducing the corrosion risk from the root. At the same time, antimony in the lead plate inside the battery is replaced by calcium, which reduces the gas release phenomenon while maintaining mechanical properties, and can safely discharge gas with the valve adjustment system to improve use safety.
This battery is in a 12-volt integrated form, with a rated capacity of 80Ah at 20-hour rate and 75Ah at 10-hour rate, and weighs 29.5 kilograms (65.04 pounds), with dimensions of 329 mm (12.95 inches) in length, 172 mm (6.77 inches) in width, 214.5 mm (8.44 inches) in height, and an overall height of 219 mm (8.6 inches). It supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods to meet different scene requirements. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life can reach 12 years or achieve up to 2500 cycle discharges, with stable and long-lasting performance.
