MPL80-12 Standard is a model of the B.B. Battery MPL series 12V VRLA battery. This series of batteries are produced in a 12V integrated form, with a capacity range of 55 to 155Ah. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The terminal design varies depending on the battery type. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production. Then a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating to improve battery performance.
This battery supports installation in horizontal and vertical positions (inversion use is prohibited). The expected service life under normal working conditions can reach 12 years. As a maintenance-free battery, no water needs to be added during use, and there is no free acid. It is a leak-proof battery. The design has extremely low internal resistance and ultra-high power performance. It is equipped with a carrying handle for easy installation. At the same time, it adopts absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination.
