B.B. Battery MPL Series MPL110-12 Handle VRLA battery, produced in a 12V integral form, with a nominal capacity of 108Ah at the 10-hour rate, falling within the capacity range of 55-155Ah. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, and the battery cover is firmly connected to the case with the terminal area sealed to ensure safe use. The terminal design depends on the battery type. The battery cover has six holes for filling electrolyte during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed, which is made of non-combustible materials to effectively ensure fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste to enhance battery performance.
The product has multiple features: maintenance-free design without the need for water supplement, leak-proof due to no free acid; supports multi-directional installation such as horizontal and vertical (inversion is prohibited); extremely low internal resistance design brings excellent high-power performance; equipped with a flame arrester to enhance safety; adopts absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination.
As a 12V top terminal battery with prominent advantages, it provides high specific output power in short-distance discharge mode, is very suitable for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) applications, and is recommended for scenarios with a maximum backup time of 60 minutes.Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of MPL series batteries can reach 12 years, meeting the Eurobat long-life standard.
