MPL120-12 Standard is a 12V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery from B.B. Battery's MPL series, with a nominal capacity of 113Ah (10-hour rate). The MPL series batteries are designed with an overall capacity range from 55 to 155Ah, providing reliable power support for medium and low power applications.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, and the battery cover is firmly connected to the case. The terminal area is sealed, ensuring good safety and durability. The battery cover has six holes for electrolyte filling during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, effectively ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety.The positive and negative plates are both coated with a paste to enhance battery performance.
The product has distinct features: first, it is maintenance-free design, no need to add water, greatly reducing maintenance work; second, there is no free acid liquid, it is a leak-proof battery, safer to use; supports multi-directional installation, but inversion use is prohibited, with high installation flexibility; the battery adopts a very low internal resistance design, with excellent high-power performance, especially suitable for applications in short-distance discharge modes, such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and it is recommended to be used under the condition that the backup time is up to 60 minutes; equipped with a carrying handle for easy installation operation;Meanwhile, the absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology is adopted to achieve efficient gas recombination.
In terms of service life, MPL series batteries are expected to have a service life of up to 12 years under normal working conditions, and have the characteristic of long service life according to the Eurobat standard. Its advantages also include top terminal connections and are produced in single units with a nominal voltage of 12V.
