B.B. Battery HR6-12HR Series VRLA Battery is a high-performance valve-regulated lead-acid battery, produced in a 6V/12V integrated form, with each battery covering a power range of 96 to 1800W, providing stable and reliable power support for various scenarios.
The battery case of this series is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, combining durability and safety. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively prevent leakage risks. The battery cover is provided with six holes for electrolyte filling during the production process. After filling, a pressure relief valve is installed to ensure stable internal pressure of the battery.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can significantly improve fire and explosion safety, adding protection to the use environment.
In terms of internal design, both the positive and negative plates adopt a paste coating process, combined with the absorbent glass mat separator technology, to achieve efficient gas recombination, enhancing the battery performance and stability. The battery supports multi-directional installation (except inversion) in horizontal and vertical directions, with high installation flexibility to meet the space requirements of different scenarios. The HR series battery has an expected service life of up to 10 years under normal working conditions, complies with the Eurobat standard, and is durable in the long termAs a battery specially designed for high-rate discharge, the HR6-12HR series can provide high specific output power in short discharge mode.
