HR22-12HR series is a high-performance VRLA battery launched by B.B. Battery. It is produced in 6V/12V integral form. The single-module power covers 96 to 1800W, providing stable and reliable power support for multiple scenarios. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic material. The battery cover is firmly connected with the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure safe use. During production, electrolyte is filled through the six holes on the battery cover, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The valve is made of non-combustible material, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety.Both the positive and negative plates of the battery adopt a pasted coating design, supporting multi-directional installation (except inversion) horizontally and vertically, with flexible and convenient installation. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life of the HR series battery can reach 10 years, conforms to the Eurobat certification standard, and has the advantage of long service life. As an ideal power source, the HR22-12HR series is widely used in low-power and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), fire and safety alarm systems, emergency lighting, monitoring systems, access control systems, and medical equipment.At the same time, its stable performance also makes it play an important role in power supply networks, power industries, oil and gas exploitation, telecommunication facilities, rural estates, hotels, shops, and electric vehicles, etc.
The HR22-12 battery has prominent characteristics: maintenance-free design without water addition, no free acid ensures leak-proof safety; specifically designed for high-rate discharge, using absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, the power density at a discharge rate of 5-15 minutes is 30% higher than that of the BP series, can provide high specific output power in short discharge modes, and is recommended to be used in scenarios with a backup time of up to 60 minutes.
