Its case is made of high-quality opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover and case are joined into one piece through a robust connection process, and the terminal area is specially sealed to effectively prevent leakage, with the terminal design varying according to the battery model. During production, electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes in the battery cover, after which pressure relief valves made of non-combustible material are installed in the filling ports, ensuring safe release of internal pressure and enhancing fire and explosion safety.
In terms of internal structure, both the positive and negative plates use a paste coating process combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, making the battery Maintenance Free throughout its life, requiring no water addition, and containing no free acid, eliminating the risk of leakage.
