The battery case is made of sturdy, durable, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic; the battery cover and case are integrated through a firm connection, and sealing treatment is applied in key terminal areas, with terminal design depending on the specific battery model. During production, electrolyte is filled through six dedicated holes in the battery cover, after which special pressure relief valves are installed in the filling ports; the pressure relief valves are made of non-flammable material and can effectively control internal pressure, ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety for the battery under abnormal conditions. Both positive and negative plates undergo special paste coating processes to improve electrochemical performance and stability.
