- Top plugs Flip top plugs with electrolyte level markings are fitted. Allow adequate escape of charging gasses and provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
- Water refill system The aqua level water refill system makes it possible to top up all the cells from one central point through an integrated system. This automatic system ensures the optimum filling level and also allows the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The aqua level kit can be expertly fitted at the factory and on-site.

This battery adopts optimally designed positive and negative plates, combined with high-tech production equipment, ensuring highly reliable and consistent performance of battery cells. The production process pays attention to environmental protection, minimizing the impact on the environment to the greatest extent, and integrating the unified European DIN series standards to ensure product quality. The battery's sturdy tubular stinger is die-cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, with excellent deep cycle ability;Polyester gloves combine elasticity, strength and durability; the microporous sleeve separator effectively eliminates the short-circuit risk; the negative plate adopts a flat-laid design to further improve performance. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, resistant to high temperatures and heat-sealed to prevent electrolyte leakage.
In terms of detail design, the terminal, washer and cover adopt a special deviation-free integrated design to ensure zero electrolyte leakage; the top plug is a flip-type with electrolyte level marks, which can not only allow the filled gas to escape fully, but also provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the running electrolyte.The equipped Aqua Level water supplement system can supplement water for all batteries from the center point through the integrated system, automatically ensure the optimal filling level, and support electrolyte specific gravity measurement.
