- Top plugs Flip top plugs with electrolyte level markings are fitted. Allow adequate escape of charging gasses and provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
- Water refill system The aqua level water refill system makes it possible to top up all the cells from one central point through an integrated system. This automatic system ensures the optimum filling level and also allows the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The aqua level kit can be expertly fitted at the factory and on-site.

The battery adopts an optimized positive plate and negative plate design, combined with high-tech production equipment, ensuring that the battery cells are highly reliable and consistent in performance. The sturdy tubular spines are die-cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, with excellent deep cycle capability; the polyester gloves have elasticity, strength, and durability; the microporous sleeve separator effectively eliminates the risk of short circuits.The negative plate is of a flat-bonded type, and the battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, with high temperature resistance and heat-sealed treatment to prevent electrolyte leakage.
In terms of detailed design, the terminals, washers, and covers are integrated with a special non-deviation design to further ensure no electrolyte leakage. The top plug is equipped with a flip cover structure with electrolyte level marks, which can not only allow the filled gas to escape sufficiently but also provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the operating electrolyte. The Aqua Level water replenishment system supports unified water replenishment for all batteries from the center point, automatically ensuring the optimal filling level, and can also measure the specific gravity of the electrolyte. The kit can be professionally installed in the factory or on-site.In addition, an electrolyte circulation system can be optionally equipped, which forms a circulating air flow through pipelines to prevent electrolyte layering and optimize the charging effect.
