- Top plugs Flip top plugs with electrolyte level markings are fitted. Allow adequate escape of charging gasses and provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
- Water refill system The aqua level water refill system makes it possible to top up all the cells from one central point through an integrated system. This automatic system ensures the optimum filling level and also allows the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The aqua level kit can be expertly fitted at the factory and on-site.
- Electrolyte circulation An optional electrolyte circulation system is Available. Using air-flow principle, consists of a pipe system which creates a circulating air stream inside the cell box. This system prevents electrolyte stratification and the battery charging is optimized.

In the design and production process, this series of batteries fully consider the environmental impact, ensure high reliability and consistent performance of battery cells through high-tech production equipment, integrate the European unified standards of the DIN series, and provide users with stable and efficient energy storage solutions.
In terms of core design, this battery adopts optimized positive and negative plates. The sturdy tubular spikes are die-cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, endowing the battery with excellent deep cycle ability. Polyester gloves have excellent elasticity, strength and durability. The microporous sleeve separator can effectively eliminate the risk of short circuit. The negative plate is designed as a flat type, further improving the battery performance. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact material, which is high temperature resistant and prevents electrolyte leakage through the heat sealing process, ensuring the safety of battery use in all aspects.
The product has significant advantages: the terminals, washers and covers are specially designed for deviation-free integration, ensuring zero electrolyte leakage; the top plug is equipped with a flip cover design with electrolyte level marks, which not only allows the charged gas to escape fully, but also provides a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation. The Aqua Level water supply system can fill all batteries with electrolyte from the center point through the integrated system, automatically ensuring the best filling level, and supporting the measurement of the specific gravity of the electrolyte. The kit can be professionally installed in the factory or on site.In addition, the optional electrolyte circulation system uses the principle of air flow to form a circulating air flow in the battery box through the pipeline system, effectively preventing electrolyte stratification and optimizing battery charging efficiency.
